Welcome
to Central Valley Australian Shepherd Club
CVASC was established in 1976 by Ginger
Brassfield, Amnie Ewing and Denise Creelman. We have been an active club
hosting mutiple events every year since. We have hosted 2 National
Specialties, in 1992 and 2002.
Our members are active in all
venues of competition. Each year CVASC hosts several conformation shows
and obedience trials, a puppy sweepstakes, and 2 working trials. An
Agility trial is in our future plans.
We hold at least one eye
clinic per year. Members also enjoy our annual banquet in Feburary, and
everyone enjoys the fabulous home-made ice cream at our August Ice Cream
Social. .

The Event Planning Calendar is a new
addition to our site. The proposed dates for ASCA events in California
are displayed to aid clubs in planning event dates that don't conflict
with other nearby clubs. Click on the link at left to go to the event
calendar. If your club would like to post their ASCA events, please
