Entry Limits |
Entries are limited to
120 runs on Friday. Saturday and Sunday
350 runs a day. Trial entries will close whenever
the limit is reached. In the event entries fill, priority will
be given to the first 25 volunteers working two classes per day. |

Opening and Closing Dates |
Opening: Entries
will be accepted with postmarks dated no
earlier than Wednesday, August
13,2008. Acceptance will be based on the
postmark date. If the trial fills, entries postmarked that day will be drawn
from at random. Closing: Entries close 6:00 p.m. Friday,
September 19, 2008, or when entry limits are
reached. After this time entries may not be accepted or
cancelled. Confirmations will be
emailed to all who pre-entered. PLEASE FILL IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ENTRY FORM. Secondary
closing for advancement in level only: Tuesday, Sept 23, 2008 at 5:00

CONFIRMATIONS including information regarding classes you
have entered will be emailed to all entrants who have provided a valid email
address and will include a date by which any corrections must be received by
the Trial Secretary. PLEASE READ YOUR
CONFIRMATIONS!! General confirmations
will be emailed to all entered about a week before the trial and will include
check-in time, walk-through/start times and tentative
class running orders.
CLASS CHANGES: Moveups must be
submitted in writing (email ok) and must be received by the Trial Secretary
before 5:00 PM Tuesday,
September 23, 2008.
Moveups will be allowed at the
trial from Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday – all moveup forms must be
submitted within 30 minutes after the last class has finished.
NO Exceptions!
AWARDS: CVASC
offers ribbons for First through Fourth place in each class for each jump
height division. 20+” and 24” dogs will
be scored together. ASCA Qualifying
Ribbons will be offered to every dog obtaining a qualifying score. Dogs that
complete an ATCH receive a large rosette and a decorated pole for signing. If you might get an ATCH at our trial please
let us know.
HIGH
IN TRIAL AWARDS will be
calculated using the formula outlined in Section 2.6.4.2 of the ASCA Agility
Rulebook for runs on Saturday and Sunday.
FOOD:
Food will be available for a
$5.00 donation. There will be a
complementary continental breakfast.
The nearest town is 6 miles from the site.

Bring
your favorite side dish or dessert to share and meat of your choice for
grilling by “The grillmasters” Armen Majarian and Stan Creelman. Water will be provided. (Don’t forget paper plates and utensils.)
CAN YOU HELP??
It takes a lot of people to
put on an agility trial and we would really appreciate your help. We can not
run this trial without your help! Most jobs are simple and can be learned
in a few minutes.
Lunch will be provided for
helpers working at least 2 classes per day. Priority
entry for the first 25 workers who can work 2 classes per day!!
